Professional experience

25 years across public services and independent practice

Shon is a systemic psychotherapist, qualified social worker and learning disability nurse. Shon is registered with and accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy and Social Work England. Shon is a member of the Association of Family Therapy and the British Association of Gender Identity Specialists, complying with the standards of practice and codes of ethics of these bodies.

Shon has worked in Local Authority, NHS and independent practice for 25 years. Shon currently works in the NHS as a Senior Lecturer and in independent practice as a senior clinician and safeguarding lead.
